Kidsoft and ChildcareCRM Integration: How It Works
ChildcareCRM and Kidsoft have integrated their platforms to streamline childcare center operations and parent engagement by syncing waitlist data via API, enabling secure online enrollment through Kidsoft’s iParentPortal, and providing live tracking of lead conversion rates, thereby enhancing communication, reducing manual data entry, and improving experiences for families and educators.
ChildcareCRM and Kidsoft have announced an integration of their two systems to streamline communication and engagement between parents and childcare centers. This integration aims to create a more efficient childcare ecosystem, improving the experience from new lead enquiry to enrolled child. The integrated platform is now available to childcare centers and their families.
The collaboration leverages ChildcareCRM’s platform to engage parents and build relationships from initial enquiry through to enrollment, alongside Kidsoft’s cloud-based CCS Childcare Management solution. The software offers integrated tools such as parent solutions, secure payment gateway, enrollment tools, attendance tracking, and booking management.
Matt Amoia, ChildcareCRM CEO, emphasized the importance of effective communication with both prospective and currently enrolled families. He highlighted the goal of streamlining technology to engage and communicate with families while creating operational efficiencies for centers.

How the Integration Works

- Kidsoft connects to ChildcareCRM’s API and automatically syncs waitlist data to Kidsoft, creating a waitlist record ready for enrollment. This eliminates the need for duplicate manual data entry in two platforms.
- 2.Online Enrollment Process
- Using Kidsoft’s online enrollment facility, iEnrol, guardians create a secure iParentPortal account and complete an online enrollment form.
- 3.Track Conversion Rates Live
- Live insights allow tracking of lead conversion with synchronized data between ChildcareCRM and Kidsoft.
